From your picture, it looks like the male part screws into the female part, which is the one you lost. Did you try emailing their CS and asking for the piece? They probably have some onhand to send you. I don't have experience with
MG but other designers have sent me parts. Good luck!
I did! My first bucket bag is around 7 years old now and I lost a rivet a couple of month ago. I wrote to their customer service and they kindly asked for a receipt (since it was obviously an online buy, I had no troubles finding the email they sent me when I purchased the bag) and shipped the rivets! I only needed one but they sent me a whole set of 3. I live in Rome, the shipping was free.
Now I love them even more
