MFF Crossgrain vs. FP Crossgrain

I've got a MFF crossgrain mini Bennett, and a FP crossgrain hangtag case, both in teal. I believe the FP crossgrain hangtag case does have slightly thicker leather.
I don't really like the way the MFF feels. It feels very plasticky. There are some of the MFF styles I like, but I won't buy them because they're made of that leather. Part of the reason I like crossgrain/saffiano is the structure it has. The MFF feel very floppy
This is my issue!! I got a great deal on a red currant taxi tote. Then I went to the outlet and bought a MFF version of the taxi tote but I really like the feel of the FP better. So I think I may bite the bullet and get the nude in FP.
