with all due respect, from what region? most of what I have seen here is border food. (California/Cabo/Tijuana) Mexican food spans into so many regions much of which include alot of seafood. I would like to hear about more of those.....(p.s. I am Mexican/American and proud....)

I won't comment, lol, I know the food I love is essentially tex-mex, and though I've had authentic Mexican food while in Mexico, I haven't had enough to know what my favorite would be!
