Assuming it actually goes into production, I believe this is in collection for A/W 2023 which means likely earliest delivery at FSH might be July or August followed by 3-6 months in other stores. With the prior problems encountered with metallic Chèvre, I do not know if this was just included for the press/ podium or will really be a push offer. Perhaps I will ask my SAs...
It's no secret, I think some of the OG would remember. The colour was coming off. That's why you hardly see any, I bet most were recalled, the only ones left are used for the display windows and they have not approved it for Horizon either.
I think it’s supposed to go into production again but who knows. It was my understanding that the silver toned metallic still has issues, though I have a silver metallic clutch from maybe 2006 ish ( bought from a Japanese reseller) that is fine. . . First pic is what my SA showed me some months ago. Second pic is my clutch, also in goatskin. With a box kelly longue wallet for scale

i thought it was in the spring summer collection? in any case haven't heard from anyone tha they say it in person except at the press
I recently asked while in Paris about gold & silver and was told probably in the fall.
I saw a photo of silver k in Croc somewhere that prompted my inquiry. I’m more interested in non-exotic. Wasn’t told it wasn’t coming when I asked for gold or silver. But please keep in mind even when they say it ‘may be coming’, it may not. Fingers crossed though!!

Strange, considering Chanel and other manufacturers have been making metallics for decades.
I was in paris over the weekend and the SA confirmed they were only for the press and will not be produced.
