Metal allergy and Rolex

I have one Rolex Date Just and while I absolutely love it, I have slight metal allergy, and if I wear it daily in summer, my skin gets red and itchy. For this reason I got Chanel J12 to wear in summer.
I was thinking to add a Cartier Santos Dumont which is leather band, but after a lot of comparison I think I still prefer the look of Rolex, especially I'm considering the Oyster Perpetual.
Does anyone have good suggestions on what I can do with the band to help with metal allergy? Gold would be ideal but cannot afford that now lol

You could wear it on a leather strap (bund style) which would stop the watch from touching any exposed skin including the case back.

Ah I was hoping there is another way, like if Rolex offer any kind of coating or bracelet with a different material. Guess my choices are very limited!
