Did I hear that someone had been refused one from Mulberry?

Mulberry won't sell straps because they believe that they distort and damage the Roxanne, potentially leading customers to complain and ask for repairs, and also make it look wrong. The only way you can get a strap from Mulberry is to take a bag that is actually meant to have a strap into the shop to prove that you have it.
