hello ladies~ So, gradschool has had its toll on me....I put on a whopping additional 30 pounds!!!--I guess it's from the stress and lack of sleep... I recently started up Personal Training @ 24 and I'm trying to be really good about staying within 1600 calories (with the right foods of course). I just want additional help along the way...and lipo is something I'm gona avoid. I heard of Mesotherapy (non injection), I like the idea because it's non surgical and now even needleless! Has anyone tried? I want to know if it's something to look into further. How effective? Any referrals?
