Meg Ryan's coat in The Women

I've searched the internet endlessly for the black 3/4-length coat with silver buttons that Meg Ryan wears just before her fashion show in The Women. I've found a lot of blogs and postings with people asking what brand the coat is but no one seems to know. Anyone??

I did see that post. Someone finally said that they thought it was Morgane Le Fay but from the 07 Collection or Burberry. I was just wondering if anyone ever confirmed this or actually found it. Unfortunately, I still have no forgotten about this coat.
