I’m looking for an everyday medium-sized shoulder bag.
Am open to vintage styles as well as new. Current work/everyday bag is a vintage chocolate Coach duffel with the most buttery yet thick leather  but it’s a little too small.
I purchased a Louis Vuitton Neverfull but spilling of said purse in my car realized made me realize I do not like open bags so I sold it. LOL

Definitely need something that has a zippered opening. I love the Longchamp bags but am not keen on the little flap that covers the zipper.

I’m even considering the nylon Prada Nero bags. Something with limited or no vachetta, preferably.

Massaccesi Selene midi would be perfect. You can pick the leather, number of pockets inside or outside, color. Reasonable prices and excellent quality. They are handmade so they take a while though. Do a search for Massaccesi Selene midi and you will get many pages with pictures of the various leathers and colors that people have chosen. Marco Massaccesi is a master leather designer and crafter. And you can tell him what you want by email and he will respond usually that same day and tell you what style will be perfect for you.

Moreau Paris Bregançon in PM. There is also an MM size which is I think similar to the Neverfull. Light but fully leather inside and out. You can email their Paris store on the website for current stock and you can also customise an order if you have a colour combination in mind, and you can add a zip if you like (they may have some zipped ones already in stock). They have a large variety of colours and leather types - their leathers are very soft to the touch but durable.

Alternatively Goyard Artois is also a light tote bag with a zip, albeit in coated canvas. Sturdier than its St Louis sibling. I've had no trouble with it rain or shine.
