MCM what is it worth???

Hello everybody, I wanted to post this to see engage what the value of this bag is. I acquired it in a storage locker auction, and it is not in perfect shape and has signs of wear. I found some receipts from the store in the bag so I’m assuming this is authentic. I’m not sure the value and I’m going to throw it on eBay so I’m trying to see what I should ask for it? Should I send this to the manufacturer for repair or a local shop or even repair it at all? The zippers are busted and there is a small rip in the inside of the bag. Any advice would be most helpful.

MCM doesn't hold its value too well, because it's not a majorly popular brand - it can also be found on discount quite a lot and is usually sold in airports for 30-40% off RRP. It's a lovely brand though and I imagine someone would want to buy the bag, but I'm not sure if the repair costs would make it not worth your while to repair and then sell.

This bag retails for £650 here in the UK on the MCM website and in stores and re-sells on eBay for around £250 in good condition.

I would call it trash, and dispose of it accordingly. If you are a crafter, you can cut the good leather out for future uses.
