MCM Stark 40 backpack question

If anyone has the MCM stark backpack 40, can a 14 inch laptop fit in the little flap? Online, it says 13 but I wasn't sure if there was any wiggle room. The very large backpack they have doesn't seem to have a laptop sleeve.
