MC pic on Eluxury

I was looking at pics of MC items on elux, and was drooling over the boulogne. I liked the black MC and zoomed into the pic and I saw this (photo off eluxury): does that look like a defect on the bottom front corner? Do MC bags get cracks like that in the corners, especially speedys which also have corners?

It looks like a reflection to me. That's not leather you are looking at, I believe, it's brass.

Probably a reflection,then. It sort of looked like a crack at first glance. I guess I'm the blind one.
