MBMJ or RM: Which Gray bag would you rather own?

I was looking for a Gray bag, and RM's Nikki hobo is a beautiful specimen but the Marc by Marc Jacobs Faridah caught my eye and I cant make up my mind which bag is better. They are both super slouchy with great leather. Which bag would you rather own?

^I dont know why the first two pics look two-toned but in reality, the Nikki is one even solid gray color.

I would rather own the RM Nikki. I like the detailing on the side of the Nikki better than the pockets on the MbMJ

I like the RM. I think it could be dressed up or down vs. the MBMJ which is purely casual IMO.

Hmmm.... before I opened your thread I mentally voted for the MBMJ Faridah, but now I see the pic of the RM... I'm swayed, it looks lovely.

I like the first one! I had never really considered a gray bad until the other day I saw someone carrying a MJ. The color was to die for! Good luck on your selection.

Well Gung, you know I'm a resident MJ girl, but with seeing the pictures I'd definitely go for the RM! That's saying a lot too, generally I'm not in love with the RM designs, but I really like this!

I vote RM. I am in love with the side detail hardware on the RM and the outside pockets on the slouchy MBMJ don't look right to me.

NIKKI! the leather looks really close to my sage, and it's to dye for. Plus, it's just so comfortable to wear.

Hands down, Marc Jacobs. Marc would look more interesting on the shoulder. I'm not a fan of the "stud" look. Studs around the bag like that remind me too much of cowboys and motorcycles, and not necessarily in that order!

Well, GUNG, you know my answer Do you already own the 2 bags? I've been considering a Niki as well, but I do wonder if it's a bottomless pit. That's one drawback in most hobos, they are so deep. I do use my chameleon insert which certainly helps.

The Faridah isn't as deep and I don't have any problems finding my stuff.
