I always want a WOC and something in light grey in my collection. Found this and I just could not walk away. Have had it for a couple days now and love it more and more everyday. It is a pretty light grey with just a little bit of blue under tone. Not too light and not too dark, just the way I like it. As always the picture doesn’t do it justice. Impress with the versatility of the WOC. Loving it so far! Classic WOC 24P light grey NU903.

Hey guys. I got this preloved twist your buttons WOC this month and I absolutely love it. Two issues: 1) I think it’s a bit long for me crossbody - thoughts? I have the chain clip but it’s not useable on the twist buttons chains obviously. 2) The backside has pretty noticeable color transfer. The front and the straps had some spots but they all came off with a simple wipe and now spotless, but the back color transfer/yellowing seem to be here to stay. Part of me says who cares it’s on the back and it’s normal wear, but part of me wonder if I should return and just buy a new caviar white WOC (if I can find one and be willing to spend a couple thousand more lol). Thoughts are welcome :)

Have you tried cleaning it with a conditioner? If not, you might try and clean a small spot and see if it's ok then do the rest. Even a new one will get color transfer unless you wear it with white only.

I would return. 1) You said its too long on you for crossbody and 2) the color transfer and yellowing. I wouldn't say all white bags will yellow, but they tend to. I had a white Chanel that I had for years and eventually sold because it didn't look crisp and white like I remembered, plus it was stressful to always worry about color transfer.

I have tried plain baby wipes, 1909 leather cream, Apple brand leather conditioner, saddle soap - the baby wipe worked for the spots in front and on strap, but none of these made a difference on the back. The only thing I haven’t tried is Cadillac leather cleaner (just haven’t gotten around to buying it) but I feel like if none of the above worked Cadillac prob won’t work either.

I agree that color transfer is inevitable with white bags, so I almost feel like I can be more carefree now that it’s already “broken in”, if that makes sense.

Yeah if apple didn't work, I doubt anything else will.

Hmm well only you can decide if you're ok keeping it based on the price you paid vs. a new one. I hope that the stains were fully disclosed to you prior to purchase.

Not sure where you got it, but most sellers won't accept a return of a bag that you've applied products to. I say if you're set on white, keep it - I like your thought that it's already broken in and more carefree.
