I'm sorry to hear you also got the bag with no card & booklet. I really hate this, I love the bag and it seems like there is no more in stock. I don't know if I should keep it. My bag actually came with a small booklet (smaller than those in my Rock & Classic Fap) but no auth card and my bag came with a Chanel tag. I think mine is also a return. :sad:

I called my SA and he said he will check for me on Monday..........

My large black reissue camera bag just came today. It doesn't have the authentic card and the booklet. The tag is not the orig tag but Saks' tag. I don't know if it is normal but all my purchases 1 year ago from Saks always come with everything. There was a thread about the Saks' tag instead of the orig tag, but they all should come with authentic card. I am going to return it 'cause it seems like this is a returned item. Plus, the L size seems big on me 'cause I don't even fill up my jumbo.

You probably got the last grey. I asked my SA to search for it but she found none. I placed the order last Sunday though.

Thanks bagbury and judal, I called Tracey and she said they are putting all camera bags aside now and see which bags to give to who and I should know by end of today! Keep my fingers crossed.
