Marmont wrinkled. Should I return?

Hi guys! Just got a Marmont on LVR and it came a bit squished (I don’t thing it was stuffed/stored properly). There are a fair few wrinkles on the bag but mainly around the lock. Is this something normal or should I return it? I don’t wanna be the pickiest ever but at the same time it’s a lot of money and I would like the condition to be as good as possible.

Yes

If a bag is new it should look like new when you receive it. If it's preloved it's a different matter.

My rule of thumb is, would I give that as a gift to someone? No, I wouldn't because I would not give someone a gift that was less than perfect. If I wouldn't gift that to someone else then why would I accept second-best for myself.

If it bothers you and makes you feel uneasy exchange it and tell them to send you one properly stuffed and stored.
