hi there - I recently got the skinny version of the marmont belt. I've had 2 kids and still have 5 pounds to go down and wear a 27 jean. Size 4 or 6 in dress. I got the 80cm and it fits on the middle hole on high waist but on a natural or low hip jean it fits in the very last hole - if I get any bigger it will not fit. It's perfect for wearing at the waist over dresses etc. I'm wondering if I stick with this size or go to the 85cm. Worried that the 85 will be good on hip and then too long for higher up around my waist. I will wear with dresses, jeans and need the most versatility. Also does anyone know if it will stretch? Assuming yes since it's a soft leather.

Thanks!

I'm a 27 in jeans too and just purchased the medium marmont. I decided on the 85. I feel it gives me the best option from a real low rise to a high waist. I mulled over the 80 with the SA and he said well, you will lose 2 inches. I was sold on the 85. Hope this helps.:drinks::tup:

I would go with the 80 because you can always add an extra hole at the end when wearing it on the hip but it's harder to have a good fit on the waist. Plus you mentioned you have a few more pounds to lose so that's even more motivation! This is just what I would do but whatever you decide is fine, the belt is beautiful and you can't go wrong :)
