Hi, I did a little search to see if there was any buzz on the bag but I didn't find a lot. Does anyone own one? How do you feel about it? Any pics? I bought a medium in black but it isn't here yet. I'm anxious as I don't plan on buying any more bags this year.

Well, this is taking a bad turn. I received my Margaux today, and straight out of the plastic from the factory I noticed a crease? Scratch? I don't know what I was expecting. It seems every handbag I buy has some sort of flaw from Gucci to Marc Jacobs to this. Is it worth it to send it back? What would you do in this situation?

I'm actually OCD too, so yeah, it's going back. Haha. But the replacement? Even worse. It looked like someone fan folded the entire purse. It actually had waves throughout the leather on both sides. It also came with no plastic packaging and no tags. Nordstrom needs to do better. It was completely ridiculous.
