Marcie medium cross body flap slouching low

Hi again, I only have the small/mini and mine has retained its shaped, however it has been lightly carried at weekends mainly and i only ever carry a small purse, key and phone in it. I have seen some though that look really slouchy, guessing through regular daily use and possibly overfilled - on these the back, bottom and flap all look extremely slouchy
Not the exact answer you are looking for, but I'm guessing the one you bought perhaps has been well loved but maybe not as well cared for
I would stuff the bag, ensuring you retain its original shape. I did this with a mulberry that had a saggy top flap that dipped in, a week or so later, the flap look perfect again. When not in use, she is stuffed to ensure the shape holds
