Marc Jacobs: the brand 2015, where does it stand

While I love the structures of most of the new Marc Jacob's handbags, upon close inspection in store, I can't say that I enjoy the new texture of the pebbled leather. It's not as supple and lush as bags of Marc Jacob's past. For those that own the new bags, do you enjoy them? Are they hard wearing, or will they soften over time?

Would love to own something like the Gotham City Small Satchel, but I'm unsure I will like the leather (based on the Gotham tote I've seen). Thoughts?

I am really feeling the standard crossbody. It is a super versatile, classy, everyday bag. I agree with the comments about the pebbled leather-- not sure it's love. I really miss the gorgeous leather of the Baroques. Also, it doesn't seem that any of the bags are still made in Italy. Very disappointing. Other than this, I think this new line is great!
