Hello wishful, I know this is an old thread and you might have gotten a watch by now, but I just wanted to share with you my experience with the Amy Watch in Silver. I purchased it during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale in Summer 2010. It was a shiny silver (no matte silver present like some of his other watches) and small-medium size (I'm used to boyfriend watches, so the Amy watch seemed smaller in comparison). I ended up returning it because it wasn't quite what I was looking for - I wasn't quite a fan of the rounded bezel/ring around the watch face that MBMJ has done to a few watches.

I wish I could tell you about the gold as well, but they were out of stock and canceled my order for that one. I would assume the gold is about the same tone as other MBMJ gold watches. If you can get to a store to see these in person, I'd highly recommend it, especially if your local Nordies carries MbMJ Watches. It's made a huge difference for me every time when considering MbMJ watches. I'm currently eyeing the Marc Jacobs Henry Chronograph in Rose Gold instead myself :smile1:
