Hello ALL, please help !!!
I have DEFECT on the bag and it was already Confirmed by Boutique in Mall of the Emirates Dubai. as MANUFACTURING ISSUE Bag was bought in FLORENCE BOUTIQUE ITALY
The date when I was in Boutique with this issue is less than 6th Months from purchase and of course from this brand is INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY !!! but unfortunately probably only when is nothing happen !!! SO SAD FROM THIS BRAND

Do you anyone know WHERE I CAN READ this WORLDWIDE CONDITION OF WARRANTY ???
When I am asking them to show me these rules - They told me via their S.A. that they don't have them and refund is not possible!!!
They offer STORE CREDIT ONLY (valid for 6th months) and they said -
no way for refund - and they are not able to replace this bag - which will be the best option!!
Where I can clearly see - that I cannot get a REFUND in this case?
Do you have someone any experience or advice??
