Hey guys, I have the Mansur Gavriel Men’s Calf Backpack and I noticed that even on the shortest setting of the straps, it sits pretty low. Is that unusual or normal? This backpack is super duper soft cause it’s calfskin.

hi I think this size is in the men's section. may be that's y? Mine is the large women version and it doesn't sit this low .

I contacted Mansur Gavriel. I'm paying $55 for postage and service to get holes added on the straps!
Man, I wish it wasn't like that! But I went ahead and contacted Mansur Gavriel. They gave me a prepaid postage label and I shipped my bag off to them today. They're gonna add the holes for me. I'm paying $25 for the roundtrip postage and then $30 to get the holes added. It'll take 2-3 weeks, not including the time it takes for the bag to get to them and for it to get back to me. I would say a month and a week in total.
