Makeup for medium-neutral skin tone?

I think I have a medium neutral skin tone with a slight warmth to it as well because the veins on my wrists are green and blue at the same time. I'm really bad at color coordination so I was wondering what color eyeshadow, blush, or lip color will look good on medium neutral girls? I want colors that will make my features pop
