Could anyone help me out and tell me approx how much it would be to ship a tank top and pair of yoga pants from China to Canada?

I have a seller telling me it will be $55 -- I know I have bought from China for way less before.

What is China's regular mail service (or like - the easiest to use) so I can check out their prices on line.
