Funny thing is, there’s this plastic surgeon I think, Jenny Levine (?) commenting and she looks almost as bad lol.
nope - and that is the problem. once they start doing all that they have to keep it up/keep going! it only last so long which is why people say don't start.
Plastic surgery becomes a fixation to those prone to obsessing over their looks. Most celebrities depend on their appearance. They can always find something to fix.

A lot of people are commenting on her appearance on social media. Many saying if they didn't introduce her they'd have no idea who she was. Honestly I would fall into that group.

It's sad. I was also a huge Madonna fan, which should tell you my age. I understand the fear of getting older. We all come to realize our own mortality, especially as we hit age milestones, but there is certainly something to be said for aging gracefully. Some tweaks here or there, some Botox, creams at night, whatever, but people who take it to this extent? That's either addiction to plastic surgery or some other psychiatric issue.
I was never a Madonna fan. Oh I liked some of her music well enough but Madonna herself? Not really. She was never at all likable.
Even now I have to roll my eyes at how egotistical and full of herself she is. The unpleasant comments she has received on social media has caused her to go into victim mode and put herself on a pedestal as a crusader for older women. Does she address her plastic surgery and the use of photo enhancements? Not a chance. That would require honesty. From TMZ:

I feel sorry for the actresses like Julia Garner who fought for the role in her bio-pic. Weeks of rehearsals and auditions. Julia gets cast..then Madonna just changes her mind to go on tour? Awful thing to do. I'd rather see Julia as Madonna than Madonna herself these days
