Madeline already has a small snag

I was cleaning house today and I have a special spot for my bags when I use them so they don't get dirty or anything.

Anyway I noticed she's got a small snag that wasn't there when I bought her! I really hope she's not fraying or anything because I really love this bag and I just got her like a week ago! I also notice a tiny spot where it seems the metallic has come off. *sigh*.

Anyone else have this bag and noticed this problem?

awww, man, that sucks. as mentioned, bring it back to the store and see what they say. that shouldn't have happened so soon...unless somebody did it while you weren't looking...

I had mine since May and she looks like new.
I don't think that should be happening... take it back to Coach and see what they say
