"Made in USA" Does it matter? How common is "Made in France?"

  1. Does it matter to you where your bag is made? I just bought my first Louis Vuitton, a Speedy Bandouliere 35. When I received it, I saw that it was made in the United States. I was disappointed and returned it.

    Since then, I've tracked one down which is made in France (this took a surprising amount of effort - I guess the Speedies are heavily being made in the Us now?) and purchased it. I'm eagerly waiting for it to arrive next week. :graucho:
