I called my local Macy's and they said you couldn't use the coupon online for Coach but you CAN use it in store. They have had people pre order already for Coach items and use the coupon.

right, the coupon just says not online, but you can definitely use it in store. yay!

ETA: Sorry, I forgot to include the quote on my last post, I was saying that the free ship didnt include Coach and the code doesn't work for Coach online either. Sorry for any confusion
