Macy's Friend's and Family Question

Hi All - I want to buy the Heritage Stripe Multifunction tote at Macys but they only have it online and not at any of my Macy's. I was thinking of opening a CC to get the 10% off, but I understand that the F&F starts on April 30th. That being said, does anyone know if i can get the F&F discount on online Coach bags? I got a yes from one SA and a no from another.

OK, thanks ladies! I just talked to another SA in Ohio who called me back and the manager says Yes. Why do their own employees not know their stuff??
