MAC discontinuing Back to MAC program

Oh, “NO” That’s really sad they’re discontinuing the program after all these years. I was planning a trip this weekend to get a tube of my favorite red.

Yeah same! Been collecting MAC packaging for years (more or less), I mostly use the eyeshadow refills.
It was a great program, I used to return my empty lipstick and lip lacquer tubes when the program started, now I keep forgetting to return my containers when I do a shop
I am curious to what incentive will replace it?

I'd love to see MAC do something like refillable glass brush cleaner bottles or glass oil cleansers cannisters. Kinda like how Thierry Mugler (I think?) lets you refill Angel at some stores.

doesn't do much for me as I don't buy much from them. their OS wooden lip pencils last forever though. I did purchase one of those not long ago - Half Red.Ahh! Thanks! Clearly I missed that.
Just re-read that email, the Canadian version says stay tuned more info coming that's it. Who knows, perhaps they'll adopt the US version of earning points???
