m/l black caviar hologram 137xxxxx or 158xxxxx

Hi

I have a dilemma to choose between a Chanel m/l black caviar hologram 137xxxxx and 158xxxxx. Both are brand new and similar price. I heard that old caviar is better than new. However, I think hologram 137xxxxx should be cheaper than current retail price. I don't know which one should I get? Any suggestions. TIA.

Whichever looks better (flawless). I don't think that serial number is old enough to be the older caviar. If you are buying both retail, they will be the same price. If the older one is cheaper and good condition, get it.

If you're getting it at retail, then I'd get the 15 series because of the burgundy interior. But if you're getting it preowned & the 13 series is a little cheaper (that's assuming both conditions are the same), then go with the 13 series.
