Love that bag!

I just received an order from LXR Co for what I thought was a gorgeous LV Tuileries Besace model dated 2018 and date coded CA3148. I am shocked as I believe that it is not authentic. The canvas is very lightweight compared to my other LV bags and the leather trim looks and feels like pleather. I have contacted LXR and they claim that all of their bags are authentic and it was purchased on sale, so there is a no return policy. I do believe that this one fell through the cracks. It does have a legitimate looking date code and it matches the stamp on the bag "made in Spain". They said that all of their bags are authentic and they will send me the authentication certificate. What to do? What do you think?

If the bag doesn’t meet your expectations, simply return it. If you have a doubt about its authenticity, get it authenticated yourself.

Post in the authenticate thread if it meets criteria (you have to have a link to the listing). If you can't post it on here, or if you want extra reassurance, use a paid authenticator. I would definitely get another opinion on any secondhand purchase, not just take the seller's word for it, as clearly they don't want a return.
