I hope this doesn’t happen, because then they’ll have control over Cartier and VCA along with their current control of Bulgari, Tiffany, and Chaumet. And with their love of frequent price increases will make jewelry prices insane.

I imagine there are antitrust laws in place to prevent this type of monopoly in Europe?
I want Kering and Richemont to merge then they can compete better against LVMH.
If this happens it will ruin shopping at Cartier.
