LV Sully Bag Crack

I purchased my sully bag I believe in 2014 and I noticed mid last year that the bag crack where it slouch. Two on one side and two on the other side. My question is will the Louis Vuitton store replace or repair my $1500 bag?

Take it to the store as soon as possible. A repair specialist will look at it and tell you what can be done. From your message, it sounds like the damage is substantial on a relatively recent bag. If this is the case, the bag will likely be replaced. Post pictures when you have a minute.

The Sully is not discontinued I just tried one on in my local store but decided to go the preloved route since I am not a fan of new vachetta

Is it ob the canvas? I've got cracks on my portobello twice, the first time I got a new bag, but now its disconntinued so I was thinking about to get the sully instead.. But if this crack aswell then I dont know what to do...😔
