LV Straps for shoulder sold separately?

I am wanting to get the mini noe, however I dislike that it's a hand-bag....

is there an extender strap available to add onto the mini noe, to hang it over the shoulder?

what is it called, and how much is it?
is it sold anywhere online?

I don't own a noe but i think it can have an adjustable shoulder strap:
