LV Soft Trunk..Or not?...

Been enamoured with the the monogram soft trunk for quite some time, but couldn't really find a use for it. When I go office (which allows for casual/semi-formal wear), I usually bring back packs as I need the capacity for a laptop. On weekends, I also carry bigger bags (think Keepall 45) when I go to the gym.

Hence, I can't find real utility for the soft trunk, but I keep thinking about it !

First world pains I know, but thoughts ?

Black hardware & the chain are easy to scratch... I have the mini one and am regreting it.
Maybe if you love the shape you can have a look at the Gucci version of it...
Or wait for another soft trunk that uses leather & metal hardware such as the legacy soft trunk last year, and the fw mongram cloud soft trunk.

I love this bag! Design-wise it's a yay from me, I really like the Virgil Abloh items. Practicality-wise though, if it were me, I'd consider getting a new bag that I can visualise fitting into my lifestyle, so I'd probably not buy it (sad as that might be!)
