LV sent me the wrong bag

I just opened the box to find a DA bag instead of a Mono. The sku tag that came with it is for the Mono. I’m on hold with client services. I really don’t feel like dealing with this drama right now.

Oh no. I hope they promptly correct this for you. Reminds me of another poor member’s order mixup: she ordered a Rosalie wallet but got Neverfull GM. Imagine how the other person felt getting a wallet! Times are really crazy!

I had this happen. I got a NF GM in mono instead of the Rosalie Coin Purse I actually ordered. Talk about a shock when that big box arrived and it should’ve been a little box. I called and then had to mail the NF back and they had to officially receive it before they would mail out my correct item. Good luck.

Wow! Now what if that happened to another buyer that wasn't so honest? lol. I wonder if they would sort it out and charge them correctly if they kept the bag...

Just happened to me. Ordered a pocket organizer and received a pochette voyage..more than twice as expensive. Client service was less than helpful as the item I actually wanted is now unavailable.
