They will, but you have to pay for it. You might be better off buying a new one. They would have to take it entirely apart and the cost would probably be 1/2 to 2/3 the price of a new one.
It's like on a speedy - it's about $150 to replace the handles, but if you have to replace the piping, it jumps to over $400 because they have to take the bag apart.
They won't replace it for free.
