Hello,

I emailed LV customer service on 11/27. Received a response same day regarding repairing a handle chape. I responded with requested information but have not heard back. No label yet. Is this normal? It’s been 10 days.
 
I brought my Noe in September for a full vachetta replacement, and I just picked it up this past Sunday. It took 3 months. Be patient, they'll call you.
