I'm torn between these two. Any suggestion? I like to have a new work bag (for putting A4 documents and maybe mini books).

I was choosing between the two and decided on the booktote in the end. I liked the intricate 3 layers of stitching that went on this version (Kaleidiorscope) and the vision the SA painted for me (how scholars used this to carry books around in France, thus the name). It sounds so romantic..
OTG is more fun, and I do think it is very eyecatching, but this particular Book Tote stole my heart. Also you can personalise it!

Although I must admit that the Book Tote is really oversized. I really prefer my neverfull mm over it for work. It is a statement piece but not very practical.
I went with the onthego because of the combination of long and short handles. I’ve carried it for a while now and I’m loving the shape and size.
Dior for sure.
Not a fan of any so open tote, however the Dior one has a class and now a leather option in black oblique in case you don’t want tissue.

Do you carry your on the go tote as a work bag and purse, or do you carry a separate purse? Really like this bag but have not seen it in person, The nearest store is 3 hours away.
I use it for both work, uni and my spare time (it fits a laptop and books and it’s still comfortable). You can check out the otg clubhouse, there are lots of pictures of the bag posted there.
I vote for on the go because of the two different straps. One for the hand and shoulder. I know it will be an unpopular opinion but I am not feeling the Dior tote. It’s too trendy right now so I feel like it will go out of style and look dated in a couple of years. Remember this from Chanel! Everyone had this bag one time or another. I know I still have it in a dust bag in my closet.

I think the LV OnTheGo can have the same problem with the giant monogram.
I prefer the Dior, but I am biased towards Dior usually.
