LV Notebook Covers? Thoughts?

I have ordered my first ever notebook cover. Just curious to those who own these, are there cheaper re fill alternatives? Also what do you use your notebooks for?

Other than sitting pretty on my desk I'm not sure what I will use mine for. Maybe as a bill planner? I know everything is digital these days & most people keep everything on their phones but I still love note books & writing things down.

What size did you order? I’m assuming A5 when you mention notebook cover. Paul cover only fits LV’s Notebook Refill MM. I use LV Graffiti Auguste Notebook Cover - fits any A5 refill for work. I have two A5 books in there, Take A Note planner and Hobonichi Cousin (A5) plain notebook. Love the bold colours of the Graffiti.

What a fun print. It’s definitely A5 size…great choice as you have plenty of refill options compared to dimensions of Paul MM.

Thanks. I had a look at Hobonichi today. I can see myself becoming totally addicted to this stationary brand Placed a fairly big order so super excited for it to come. I had an email from LV to say my notebook cover been shipped today & due tomorrow

That’s a great size - you’ll be able to find planners, notebooks, hobonichi etc that will fit. I just bought the Paul cover and it’s b6 size which is more of a challenge to use.

The Paul cover is the one with the gold S lock? They do look beautiful though.

I did consider the red & white dots Kusama cover But I've always wanted something from the Comics range but it was sold out so when I had an email saying it was back in stock, I jumped on it.

Planners, note books & all this stationary is a whole new world to me lol

Hobonichi is a slippery slope….you will love Tomoe River paper. Looking forward to your reveal

Paul MM cover doesn’t fit a regular B6, the Notebook Refill MM is slightly wider than B6.

Comparing a B6 Stalogy and LV Notebook Refill MM below. Hope the info helps.

Yay its arrived

There does seem to be an awful lot of creasing down the centre where it folds. I guess this is to be expected when folding leather in half but I'm surprised its this creased already.

Most likely someones return. I can't return it for a replacement as I think I was lucky to get it in the first place so I will be keeping it anyhow.

Off to look up Tomoe River Paper now

Silly question but what is Hobonichi? I googled but only came up with different types of Hobonichi.. couldn't figure out if it's a type of planner or type of notebook?
