I didn't own the Alma in but I did own the Argent (silver) Miroir lockit. It sold it ASAP because of reports of it cracking (it was fabricated with some sort of vinyl material). I don't know what material is being used this time around, but hopefully it's not the same stuff from 2007 !!

Yeah...a quick search on the second hand market of miroir pieces from the early aughts shows they aren't aging very well...the material they were made of scratches extremely easily, this turned me off of the original collection. As travelbliss said, hopefully they've changed the material! I know Virgil revived it first a few seasons ago for the mensware, but I haven't seen many of those pieces on the second hand market as of yet

Thank you, as always, for your insight, Bull! I had no idea that is what this collection was made of, but that makes a ton of sense as to how it wears!
