Hello,
I always fancied the Mirroir Agenda.
I have a chance to get one now but I wonder about the material.
(£320)

i am bit confused as I always though it is made of patent leather like Vernis is, only in gold/ silver colour.
I searched here few posts and it says it is actually made of PVC and cracks very easily and not recommended for every day use.

what it’s the material please?
And does it wear bad in regards of cracks or scuffs.
I am not bothered about scuffs or the occasional scratch , but would not be happy with cracks or peeling etc.
thank you

I owned the Miroir Lockit in Silver (Argent) circa 2007. LV made these Miroir items in gold (Or) as well. The collection included a Pochette, Speedy, Lockit, Agenda, Papillon, Keepall, and Sac Plat, if I recall. It is NOT crafted from Vernis leather. It is a PVC-like material which will wear and crack with use (one of the reasons I sold it). If you are looking to buy this for everyday use, it won't last like traditional monogram canvas. If, however you are looking to add it as a collector's piece to admire, it would make a great addition to your collection !!

Thank you very much.
I always thought it’s from parent Vernis leather.
I think I won’t go for it now as I want it for daily use, so it would not last.
I also noticed that all of them on EBay already have cracks in them.
this is really helpful post as it saves me £320.
I think I will go for Vernis agenda.
I have Monogram one but I want some colour in it, so Vernis is would be great choice.

I still have the argent Papillon and it is ridiculous in terms of cuteness. It is only a special occasion bag and it mostly is kept to be admired. I agree that for an item to use on a daily basis, there are better choices unless you do not mind the worn/frayed look.
