Hi everyone!

This is my first MK post. I am usually on the LV forum...I'm not too familiar with MK other than their watches, which I have several of the same kind...love love love them!

Anyway, there was a bag posted in the LV forum and I looked it up online, it's the Michael Kors Large Selma Top-Zip Satchel in Patent Signature PVC.

I was wondering if any of you had any experience with this bag in this material...what are the pros and cons...and if you could post pics of your bag so that I can see what it looks like IRL. I really like this bag and am thinking of gifting this to my mom for Xmas!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If it's anything like my Hamilton patent (east west), it's soft patent with a crinkle texture. It's very nice and glossy (not too shiny). It's got a great handfeel and not too stiff. Good structure, not extremely rigid.

They just happened to put this out on the floor two days ago when I was at the mall. It's really nice. It holds its shape well like all the other Selmas, and I love the finish. I really wanted it and I had to hold myself back!

I have this bag! Bought it a month ago at Nordstrom. It has the texture of LV Epi Electric but at a much lower price point. :)

I have not used it yet, but it s pretty structured so I don't think it will lose its shape. It is suppose to be patent leather so I think it will be a good rainy day bag.
