Hi guys!

I cannot see any thread about this choices. I'm plannin to buy one tomorrow because of the possible price increase again, if you have a choice which one will you choose and why? I'm still undecided and will be happy about your suggestions. I only have 2 keys right now (fob key for my car and metal key for my room).

Thank you.

Key cles 100%. I have two and when I look at my SLG collection they're easily tied for first place in terms of how much I use them (tied with the mini pochettes that I have lol). I've used mine for keys, and as mini wallets (easily holds 5 credit cards plus folded cash and some coins without compromising the structure). Also, I like the way the cles looks as a bag charm on my Speedy B. Happy shopping to you!

I had both. I sold my 6 key and kept the cles pouch! I regret it 1000%. You can use your 6 key one handed. So if your hands are full you can use one hand and easily unsnap it to get the key to fall out and use. The cles is a zip. You can not unzip with one hand. I also liked how I could slide a credit card and emergency $20 in the slip pocket in the 6 key and they would never fall out. If I open the cles and let the key drop out then anything inside the cles can easily fall out if I don't zip it right up. I REALLY MISS MY 6 KEY.

I sold the 6 key and regret it, that said, i only regret it because it is a nice collector's piece, very unlike a typical wallet or a pouch SLG. However, i have the key cles which i use for keys and even if i have the 6 key i do not think i will be using that for keys over my cles because i do not like how my car key would bulge in the 6 key holder or the car key having to hang out, that was annoying me when i used to use it, that kind of defeats the purpose for me. With the cles, my car keys sit nicely inside and you can't even tell i have such bulky fob. I would get the 6 key holder if i have more regular keys which require some kind of organization and i kept my car key separately or i stopped driving and took public transport or something. The card slot in 6 key is awesome feature, you can slide in a metro card or something in it.

I definitely like the six key better. I've tried the pouch but unzipping and pulling the keys out was annoying and it bulged with my fob in there and made the zipper warped. In my six key holder I keep my drivers licence in the pocket behind the keys. You could get the 4 key holder and have the fob on one hook leaving it hanging out too.

I have only had the cles so that is my vote. I have two keys and a car fob, none of which I have to get out regularly (keyless start and have a keypad on the front door). I tried a Coach 6-key to see if I would like it before I bought the LV and it just did not work for me. I couldn’t fit my 2 keys and fob inside Without it becoming all misshapen.

I own both and at the moment I use my 6Key more than the Cles but I think the Cles is a more practical choice if you only have 2, 3 keys (I have 7!). Here is what I think of the pros and cons of each...

Cles
Pros:
-fits more than just keys. you can easily fit some cards, cash, coins etc and use it as a catch-all
-can be clipped onto almost any purses for easy-to-reach
-can be use as a small "purse" for running quick errands ie cards, keys, lip balm even (again)
-protect the inside of your purse when keys are stored in the pouch
-no need to worry about glazing issues in the long run. (I have yet to see/read about stitching coming apart so that's a good thing)

Cons:
-unless you leave the chain part with your keys out all the time, when you have to use your keys you have to be careful when pulling them out of the pouch so everything else don't fall out
-if you have too many keys then you really can't use the pouch for storing anything else unless you leave the keys out but by doing this you can't protect the lining of your purse if it's delicate

6Key
Pros:
-good if you have many keys and like to keep them organized
-can fit about 2 cards or some bills in the "slit" spot underneath (which is also a con if you want to fit more)
-protect the inside of your purse

Cons:
-doesn't really fit much other than keys
-personally I find it a bit hard to find if I'm carrying a big bag (always have to fish for the holder forever!) but maybe I'm just very used to having big distinguishable keychain (this obv can also be a pro if you want something compact)
-again this is just how I feel but I find it a bit difficult to open a door (especially a heavy door!) with the key attached to the holder like I'm afraid I would damage the holder or something BUT mine is 20 yr old and the condition is impeccable so *shrug*
-if you have a big fob the holder may not close so you will have to leave the fob hanging outside

Bottom line is you should consider what you want/need and what works for your lifestyle.
I love the Cles but I need to carry many keys so I prefer to keep them organized and separate from everything else and I simply use my Cles as a small catch-all(hair tie, bobby pins, lip balm) or a quick errand "bag". By doing so I also get to protect the lining of my purse and whatever else I carry in there which is why I bought the SLG in the first place.

Good luck and happy shopping!
