Hello All!
I have a Keepall Bandouliere 60 (originally my moms from 1999 - rarely used, she gave it to me 6 years ago). In October 2021 I sent it to the atelier from the LV store in Tysons Galleria to have all the leather re done, new shoulder strap, zipper, the works because the canvas is in perfect shape. They told me two months but I didn’t get it back until 10/2022. A couple months ago I realized that the zipper on the right side seemed stuck at the end but I wasn’t worried because the zipper from the left was fine, working perfectly. I thought I’d just deal with it later. Now both zippers won’t zip. They’re both at each end of the bag still on. Can anyone offer me any advice as to if there’s something simple I can look at or check and see where I can get them back to zipping again or is there a way to get them back on track? I’ll include photos for anyone to see and asses as much as possible. I really don’t want to take it back to Louis Vuitton and be without my main bag for god only knows how long but I also don’t want to screw anything up! Thank you for your help
