LV hat sizes

Hello, I need help choosing my size for city bucket hat. I usually wear 57cm hat size across brands and I don't know if small or medium would fit me. I asked the customer service chat 2 times and they gave me two different answers and I can't go to a boutique to try it on anytime soon, please help. TIA.

hi- I wear Medium in the Men's bucket hat, which was 58cm, my usual size across brands. Large is 60cm and that was too big for me. Small was too tight. Have tried S M L in other LV bucket hats across men's and women's, and the sizing seems pretty consistent for me. I hope that helps! If you buy it, make sure you're comfortable with being able to return it remotely since you can't get to a boutique easily.

Size 57 is usually considered a medium, but S/M/L designations are not always the most accurate. (For example, I’m a 58 which is considered large, but sometimes I’m kind of in between M/L). I’m not sure hats are returnable, so it really is best to be certain. Perhaps try CS chat a third time to break the tie?

Agreed- S M L is not standard across brands, I meant I am usually 58cm. When I bought my LV hat, the LV website listed it as 58cm, Medium, whereas the current City Hat only says Small or Medium, which is frustrating. Earlier hat listings had the proper 58 or 60cm tag, they must have missed this.
