LV experts! Help me on an old epi style...

I totally could not recall the name of this epi bag. But similar to Chanel Wallet on Chain (WOC), a long time ago, LV Epi line launched something similar. The wallet I believe is bifold or trifold and the strap is just leather.
Not much help but does someone have one or know the name?
