So this is a reveal and also an update on how LV has been in my life lately.
Firstly, I went a little overboard handbag shopping last quarter as in 30K+ so I decided to reduce my spending and I banned myself from Chanel for atleast this year but allowed myself to LV. So a few weeks ago I posted a thread on a pre-loved Noe bag that I had refurbed at LV. They did a fantastic job but gave me the wrong handle. I took the bag into the store and they incorrectly told me that it’s the new strap but they would punch holes in it for me to make it shorter. I declined and wrote 2 emails to LV’s customer service at their HQ and never received a response. I called the client service number and they said they would look into it and I didn’t hear back. Then a couple days before Lunar New Years the SA calls me and says she’s looking into it.
