So this is a reveal and also an update on how LV has been in my life lately.
Firstly, I went a little overboard handbag shopping last quarter as in 30K+ so I decided to reduce my spending and I banned myself from Chanel for atleast this year but allowed myself to LV. So a few weeks ago I posted a thread on a pre-loved Noe bag that I had refurbed at LV. They did a fantastic job but gave me the wrong handle. I took the bag into the store and they incorrectly told me that it’s the new strap but they would punch holes in it for me to make it shorter. I declined and wrote 2 emails to LV’s customer service at their HQ and never received a response. I called the client service number and they said they would look into it and I didn’t hear back. Then a couple days before Lunar New Years the SA calls me and says she’s looking into it.

The week of Lunar New Years I took a short vacay to Japan where I picked up the Nice BB and monogram shoulder strap with shoulder pad duty free.

So after my trip I was very dissappointed that they hadn’t contacted me or even emailed me a reply. I contacted the SA and she tells me they will exchange the strap for the correct one so I went in today to give her the strap they gave me. When I went in they said there was an error in their ordering system and they incorrectly charged me the refurb cost. I paid about $1140 USD to refurb my bag (leather and hardware replacement) and they said they over charged me and gave me a refund of $285. So the repair cost total was $855 USD. I got it repaired in Seoul, South Korea. They also had a Lunar New Years event so my SA made me a card with my name hand painted on it in Korean. I was about to blacklist LV from my shopping list but they’ve recovered their reputation with me. Lol

On a side note. I lost my bag magnet this week and was a little bummed but someone found it and stuck it on a metal door in my parking garage. Haha. I’m glad people are honest. It did get a little chip in it. I’m not sure if there’s anything that I can do about that.
